Mary Mack 5000 is a fast-paced, competitive, technologically enhanced twist on the classic schoolyard hand clappin' game. Strap on your special mm5000 gloves and show off your speed, accuracy, and style as you compete in this guitar-hero-inspired rhythm game. Find a partner, sign up for the tournament, train and compete for the title of "Miss Mary Mack 2010".

Designers: Kaho Abe, Lina Fenequito
Kaho Abe: Kaho Abe is a designer interested in improving social and personal experiences through the use of technology, fashion and games. In fashion, she has worked for small couture houses to large corporate labels, as well as costume work for film and theater. Kaho graduated from Parsons School of Design with a MFA in Design & Technology in 2005. While at Parsons, she concentrated on Physical Computing with the intent to combine it with her experience in Fashion. However, during her studies she also discovered her interest in Game Design. Intrigued by the combination of logic and creativity, and the potential for games to be an enriching social experience, she has integrated her interests in games into various projects.

Her work has been shown in various shows and conferences in New York, Boston, Tokyo, Osaka and Beijing. Kaho's projects have also appeared or been discussed in I.D. Magazine, NY1 and Asahi Shimbun.

Kaho is currently a fellow at Eyebeam.

Lina Fenequito: Lina Fenequito is founder and principle at Good World Media, a new media solutions and interactive design company in Brooklyn, NY. She is also the creator of The Swap-O-Matic, a vending machine for facilitating reusing and swapping instead of buying. A new model will be released in summer of 2010.

Lina graduated from Parsons School of Design with a MFA in Design & Technology in 2005 where she has taught graduate and undergraduate courses.
